<p>This is what everybody seems to know, but most of the wrong people. Remember that the smallest adjustments can make all the difference and we want our training to be as effective as possible to get the most of every minute you exercise. Here&#8217;s how to do proper squats:</p>
<p>Lie on the floor with legs straight and arms at your side. Lift your knees to keep feet closer to your body &#8211; the distance from your heels to your muscle carve. Cross your hands over your chest and lift your body all the way so that even raising the lower back of the ground. Staying there for about 3 seconds, then gently lower yourself. Repeat about 20 of these in 3 to 4 sets, but not forcing you &#8211; especially if you have not done for a while.
